We offer a low flat rate shipping charge on orders. Your jewelry will arrive packaged in a gift box inside a padded envelope sent Priority Mail including insurance through USPS.

  • For orders under $100 the shipping cost is $7.95.
  • Orders $100-200 shipping is $8.95.
  • On orders $200 and over shipping is $9.95.

Canada: USPS Global Priority Mail with $100 insurance $19.00
Worldwide: USPS Global Priority Mail with $100 insurance $23.50

Return & Exchange Policy

Within 30 days of any purchase, you may return your merchandise in its original condition for a Lolabelle Designs jewelry credit or exchange. Please call 503.810.2852 to discuss your exchange or credit.

Repairs

We will gladly repair your Lolabelle Designs jewelry. In the case of lost parts, a charge may apply. However, in most cases repairs are performed at no cost within approximately two weeks. Because our inventory is constantly changing, if a part is no longer available we will make the repair with a similar part to ensure your repaired jewelry looks as original as possible.
